Main partner of the firm, Mr. Vidal received a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and at the end of his degree he was working for a period at the banking sector, making it compatible with the study of tax inspector examinations, but in 1981 he founded this firm offering professional consultancy held to the highest standards of excellence and efficiency.

Carmen Vidal received a law degree in 2005 from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. After finishing her studies, she worked for three years at the Uría Menéndez law firm in Barcelona office in the mercantile and maritime departments, to later move to Palma and become part of this office.
